for charitable solicitations. Under no circumstances may an employee disturb the work
of others to solicit or distribute literature to them during their working time. Persons not
employed by Cliff’s Amusement Park may not solicit employees or distribute literature
for any purposes on company premises. Likewise, employees may not solicit Cliff’s
Amusement Park clients at any time, or for any reason.
Immigration Law Compliance
Cliff’s Amusement Park is committed to full compliance with the Federal Immigration
Laws. These laws require that all new hires provide satisfactory evidence of their
identity and legal authority to work in the United States no later than three business
days after beginning work. Accordingly, all new hires must complete this procedure.

Hiring at Cliff’s Amusement Park
Application and Documentation
We rely upon the accuracy of information contained in your employment application
and the accuracy of other data presented throughout the hiring process. Any
misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information or
data may result in your exclusion from further consideration for employment or, if you
have been hired, actions up to and including termination.
Employee Background Check
Applicants 18 years of age and older may be subject to a background check. Job offers
may be contentgent upon a postive background check.
A background check may include:
• A credit check as applicable to position
• Verification of a high school degree or diploma or a degree or diploma granted by
an institution of higher learning
• Contacts with listed employers
• Multi-state criminal records check
Employee References
Cliff’s will not honor any oral requests for references. All requests must be in writing.
Generally, we will only confirm our employees' dates of employment and job title
unless we have received written permission from the employee to disclose more
information or we are required to do so by law.
Under no circumstances should an employee provide another individual with
information about current or former employees of our company. If you receive a
request for reference information, please forward it to HR.
