charged for each "STOP PAYMENT" that is made.)
Paydays are every other Thursday. Pay Stubs will be e-mailed each pay period to an
email address of your choice, they will be password protected with the last 4 digits of
your social security number. If a pay day falls on a holiday, employees will be paid on
the following business workday.
Time Accounting
Cliff’s Amusement Park non-exempt employees utilize to collect and process all time
and attendance. Time must be accounted for daily in order to accurately keep track of
your time and expedite payroll processing. You must clock in and out at the beginning
and end of all shifts and meal breaks of 20 minutes or more using your fingerprint
(which is set up during orientation). If you are having trouble with your fingerprint,
please contact HR immediately.
All time off, for both exempt and non-exempt employees, must also be entered in the
system. Team members are subject to the rounding rule. You may not clock in prior to
your scheduled shift, unless previously approved by management. All team members
must clock out for lunch breaks.
It is the responsibility of each employee to submit only “authorized” time reporting to
Cliff’s Amusement Park Payroll Department. A verified timesheet is submitted to payroll
automatically at the end of each pay period. Supervisor will verfy time reporting. Notify

In the event of missed time reporting, you and your supervisor will report the time.
Under no circumstances may you record another person's time or make any notations
on another's timesheet. Falsifying time, recording or tampering with another employee's
timesheet is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Overtime
There may be times when you will need to work overtime in order to meet the needs

supervisor when workload increases unexpectedly, this may not always be possible.
Non-exempt employees who believe that they need to work overtime must request
advance approval from their department manager. Non-exempt employees will be
paid at a rate of time and one-half their regular hourly wage for hours worked in

weekly overtime. If you have any questions about overtime pay, check with your
Administrative office.
