               Health and Safety

               Site Emergency Plan
Safety can only be achieved through teamwork at Cliff’s Amusement Park. Each
employee and supervisor must practice safety awareness by thinking defensively,
anticipating unsafe situations and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

You are required to follow all safety precautions, including, but not limited to:
                    1. Call 911 for any emergency that may appear to require police, fire
                        department or paramedic assistance.
                    2. Notify your manager immediately about any emergency situation. If you
are injured or become sick at work, no matter how slightly, you must
                        inform your supervisor immediately.
                    3. Use, adjust and repair machines and equipment only if you are trained and
                        qualified.
                    4. Know proper lifting procedures. Get help when lifting or pushing heavy
                        objects.
                    5. Understand your job fully and follow instructions. If you are not sure of the
safe procedure, don't guess; ask your manager.
                    6. Know the locations, contents and use of first aid and fire- extinguishers.
                    7. Know the emergency evacuation plan.

               Safety Glasses
Normal safety glasses will be provided to employees who require them for their job
duties. Proper care of safety glasses will be the responsibility of the employee. Cliff’s
will replace safety glasses that wear out through normal use. Abused, broken or lost
glasses will be replaced at the employee’s expense.

Cliff’s will bear one half (1/2) the cost of prescription safety glasses to those who prefer
to wear them versus normal safety glasses. The same replacement policy applies to
prescription as to normal glasses. Alternate means of safety devices can be furnished in
