Team Member Break Area
        There is a Team Member break area provided to you which is located behind the Administrative office. This is
        where you as well as other employees will take your breaks. You MAY NOT use the picnic areas that are
        provided for our Guests out in the park. In the break area, there are also Team Member restrooms.

        Team Member Lockers
        Team Member lockers are conveniently located in the Employee Break Area; however, you will need to provide
        your OWN lock. Locks will also be available for purchase through HR or the employee store. All personal
        belongings, which include cell phones, must be stored in the lockers or should be left at home. They are
        NOT permitted in your area or on your personnel. DO NOT place any personal items in a locker without a lock,
        Cliff’s is NOT liable for any lost or stolen items. Please remove all locks after your shift has ended. There will
        be a lock bar available to employees to place your lock overnight. Locks that are not removed nightly will be
        cut off.

        Smoking/ Tobacco/ E-Cigs
        The use of any tobacco product is not permitted at Cliff’s while on duty. Tobacco products such as smoking,
        chewing tobacco & E-Cigs, may ONLY be used in the designated section of the Team Member Area. Please
        note that this area must be kept clean at ALL times. This means that cigarette buds must be put in the ashtray
        and not thrown on the floor. For Guests, they are not permitted to smoke in Q-Lines, under covered areas,
        KiddyLand, near buildings, or next to a big group of people.

        Cleanliness
        “Don’t Pass It Up, Pick It Up”
        Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility. This can be accomplished through team effort. If you see litter, pick it
        up and deposit it in a trash receptacle. If you spot an area that is more than a pick-it-up-problem, notify your
        supervisor. If you create a mess, clean it up, but do not fill a trashcan to overflowing. Cliff’s is widely
        recognized as one of the cleanest amusement parks in the country. It is because of you that we will be able to
        maintain that reputation.

        Parking/ Littering/ Loitering
        Team Members are ONLY permitted to park on Lincoln Street; the street south of the park in between Taco
        Bell and NAPA. You may NOT use the parking lots of any business along Lincoln or the Cliff’s main
        parking/Administrative parking Lot. Do NOT park across the North side of the park in the neighboring lots,
        they WILL be TOWING vehicles that do not belong to their customers, Cliff’s is NOT responsible for
        any towed vehicles. Enter at South Gate and report to the Team Member Area located behind the
        Administrative office. Team members may be dropped off and enter through the Brown gate west of the
        Administrative Office. Once the park opens, the brown gate is locked. If the gate is locked, you must enter
        the park through the EXIT gate at the front admissions entrance and show your Team Member ID to the
        Security Guard. We ask that you act responsibly and respectfully by not littering or loitering on Lincoln Street
        or inside the park.
        Permission to Use Photograph and Video
        Cliff’s Amusement Park, its representatives, and employees use photography and video as a means to help
        promote our park to our guests and the public. In Employee Orientation, the employee will be given a form to
        authorize permission for the company to take pictures and film an employee.
