(iv) Convey the willingness of GOI Ÿ TDW : 1 day (from (a) E-mail for willingness to JS(TDW)
to participate in the pre- Scrutiny) participate in the pre-
initiation consultation with IAs Ÿ JS(TDW) : 1 day. initiation consultation &
through EOI. Finalization of dates for
consultation.

2 If the Legal Counsel cannot convey its willingness on the same day, with the consent of Deputy Director, request the next Legal Counsel for their willingness to accept
the case.
