Stage-VI(2) Rebuttal Brief

20. Rebuttal brief is led in cases wherever required.

Stage-VII: Public Hearing

21. The TDW during ling of the Case Brief or as per the schedule, requests
the IA for holding a Public Hearing. If the IA agrees, EOI ofcials or the
ofcials from TDW attend the Public Hearing.

Stage-VIII: Final Findings

22. No further submission is allowed at this stage. TPD analyses the nal
ndings and takes a call on further course of action under the grievances
redressal mechanism available under the WTO Agreements.

23. As per Annex-VII and Article 12 of ASCM, the response of the interested
parties should be veriable. Hence, before incorporating any
information or data, the TDW endeavours that the response to be led
should be veriable. Accordingly, the statistical information received
from the concerned departments is led as it is, and no amendment/
modication/formatting is done. TDW is guided by the data/
documents/information received from the relevant agencies of the
Government.

24. A Flow Chart depicting the stages followed in the CVD investigation is at
Annexure-3.
