          OUR PERFORMANCE



          Key performance indicators (KPIs) are an important measure of CERI’s

          progress towards its stated goals and objectives. For the 2017-2018 fiscal
          year, the following objectives and corresponding milestones were achieved:


          Objective: Report on marketing benchmarks

          Result: Subscribed to Meltwater media monitoring service and established

          marketing benchmarks (data measurement metrics) including traditional
          and social media exposure, reach and influencers.


          Objective: Implement Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey

          Result: Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey was conducted for the 2017-2018

          CERI fiscal year, receiving 175 responses. Overall satisfaction rate was 71%.


          Objective: Increase traditional media mentions in Central & Eastern Canada from
          0.3 mentions/month


          Result: Avg mentions per month in Central Canada: 19.6. In Eastern Canada: 2.0.
