90L FLUID INJECTION SKID

The 90 Litres Fluid Injection Skid (FIS) is an ROV rear-
mounted (backpack), hydraulically powered subsea
skid that is capable of producing fluid pressure of up
to 420 Bar and 20 litres per minute of flow. The skid is
compactly designed and provides full output flow and
pressure controls.
The FIS is designed to deliver pressurised glycol or water based fluid via
a hotstab. It is comprised of a high pressure, low volume water pump that
draws Glycol (or a water based fluid) from the bladder reservoir, which
is then delivered via an output hotstab. The skid is fitted with solenoid Skid Top View
operated flow control and pressure reducing valves, which can be
controlled via the ROV to set the required flow rates and pressures.
The skid is capable of storing 90 Litres of fluid, and produce up to 420Bar
of pressure and 20l/m of flow.
The FIS is designed to be mounted at the rear of the ROV (with provided
interface frame) and can be connected directly to the main ROV hydraulic
supply or auxiliary tooling supply via the hydraulic intake manifold of the
skid.
