ISOLATED HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

The Isolated Hydraulic Power Unit (IHPU) provides
isolated hydraulic supply to tools or equipment. The
compact design makes it easy to incorporate this tool
into an ROV hydraulic system.

The IHPU is capable of producing 3,000 psi (206 bar) of hydraulic pressure
with a flow rate of up to 90 lpm. Output pressures and flow are relative to
the input pressures and flow. The output pressures can be adjusted by the
operator via an adjustable pressure regulating valve. Output flow is also Inclinometer Overall System
reversible through ports A and B (using Pilot A and B).
The IHPU consists of the manifold, motor and pump assembly, the
header tank (or reservoir unit), pressure inline filters, and two pressure
compensators.
The header tank enables viewing of the hydraulic oil on the system so it can
be checked for signs of contaminants or air in the system. It also allows for
the expansion of up to six pressure compensators of any fluid capacity.
