FLUID TRANSFER PUMP
The fluid transfer pump consists of an air operated
suction pump capable of producing up to 6.9 bar at 57
lpm. The system includes pressure gauge, filter and
regulator for pressure adjustments.
The pump is a pneumatic double diaphragm pump that only requires a
minimum of 20 psi of pressure to operate. It is capable of carrying any
solids at diameter of maximum 2.5mm from the fluid and fluid suction lift of
up to 8 metres. Pump Assembly Side View
The system has pressure filter that is highly efficient with water and particle
removal at 5 micron. It also comes with a pressure gauge for output
pressure readings and a pressure regulating valve that is able to vary the
output pressure between 0.3 bar to a maximum of 10 bar.
The fluid transfer pump can be used for all water based fluids as well as
methanol. This is an ideal system for on-deck filling of fluid injection , BOP
intervention and methanol skids reservoirs.
