manner. Not in a segregated “race” based time limited

            format.

This problem is further exacerbated when the history

and contributions of just one people group are
celebrated in a multicultural church, while those of

other cultures are not. Unintentionally, this
demonstrates a clear preference for one culture over

another. We know GOD is no respecter of persons, and
neither should the Church. Here is where the Church
Body could truly embrace a counterculture stance that is

            Biblically aligned.

Kingdom People should consider the second and third
order effects of “race” based celebrations during

worship services. Do they honor GOD? Are they in
accordance with HIS Kingdom Agenda regarding unity in
the Body of Christ? Who gets the glory from these?

What is the impact to people groups in a multicultural
church where only one culture is celebrated? Are we as

Christians leading or following? Are we as Kingdom
People impacting culture, or is culture impacting us?

And what about Christian schools? Are they adhering to
the monthly “race” based celebrations, or are they

breaking the mold and teaching history in its entirety
encompassing all cultures as a particular topic is

covered? Yes, Dr Woodson initiated Black History
