2. Deception asserts noble claims to conceal Hidden
Agendas/Ulterior Motives. Such agendas usually
trace to a quest for power. They will use vague
deceptions to achieve their objectives. Almost
always, their agendas are masked with obscurities
that are backed by murky or even false explanations.
For instance, if one asks political advocates for open
borders, why should open borders be the U.S. policy?
If they answer at all, their obscure explanations will
cite a vague list of questionable or non-existent
benefits. They hide their real motives. Their main
goal is to recruit new voters as they seek to secure
totalitarian power. In today’s world of political
advocacy, deception is the tactic that is used to
persuade.
3. Deception incites anger and division to achieve
agendas. We often see these tactics with radical
political advocates. They are always angry,
caustically critical, quick to find fault, in order to
promote division. Clearly such evil tactics will always
fail to produce lasting solutions since they are rooted
from a bad tree, “a bad tree cannot bear good fruit”.
Anger, hate, and accusations are not “fruits of the
SPIRIT!”
4. Deception uses accusations to advance agendas. The
tactic is to consistently make far-reaching, “judge-
hangman-jury” accusations without due cause simply
to advance their ideology. We must always notice
how this tactic is frequently used to impugn the
motives of others without facts, simply to advance an
