First Communion
On Saturday, February 23,2002, at Saint H ugh Catholic Church, the second graders received
the Sacram ent o f the Eucharist for the first time. Joining the girls were fam ily members, friends,
teachers and m em bers of the school adm inistration. A fter the cerem ony there was a reception
in El Jardin. Even though the day was cloudy, the girls’ high spirits and pretty white dresses
brought life to the special occasion.
