Schools of the Sacred Heart honor relationships. The love between a mother and
her child is a gift worth celebrating. Mothers and daughters from the High School
walked side by side as they began to gather in the PAC on November 1,2002, for
Women’s Day. They enjoyed a choral performance, a dance presentation and a
senior slide-show in their honor. The mothers and their daughters then went to St.
Hugh to celebrate God’s love on the special feast of All Saints Day. Going to Mass
reminded everyone that these special women, our mothers, gave us life and they
continue to nurture us. Thus they are a reflection of God’s love in our lives.
