A Story
to Tell
Over and
Over Again
After many weeks of practice, the Third Grade Class
reenacted the life of St. Rose Philippine Duchesne
and the journey of the Order of the Sacred Heart in
coining to America. Some of the students dressed
as nuns, while others dressed as pilgrims and
Indians. The third graders delivered their lines like
professionals, presenting an educationally oriented
and entertaining show. The play was presented to
the High School students and to the parents of the
third graders. Junior Amanda Codina stated, “The
play was excellent, and it was obvious that the girls
put in a lot of effort.”
