     4. Due to biological neurodiversity some children are born


             with greater sensitivity to stressors and cannot manage

             them so well.







     5. We need Executive Function Skills to manage the stressors

             that come our way.



             These include being able to process and remember


             information, being able to think flexible and control our


             attention to suit the situation and being able to inhibit

             unhelpful thoughts and impulses. These skills importantly

             enable us to control energy levels to suit the task and


             manage big feelings.
