Brain Stress Answers
6. If we keep experiencing stressors and there is not enough
time in between for blue stress levels to reduce, they can
become locked permanently on high.
When this happens, it turns to red toxic stress. This is bad
for the brain and body. It stops brain circuitry building. It
is also bad for our physical health – our immune system is
compromised and digestive system doesn’t work so well.
People wearing red stress lenses stay on high alert. It is
hard for them to remember, process information and
concentrate. They may become defensive very easily and
find it difficult to manage emotions. They may be hyper or
lethargic.
