Brain Stress Answers





      6. When a person feels generally comfortable, connected, that they


             count, capable and in control of what happens in their life (the


             Big 5 C Needs), there is enough ‘yellow feel good’ in their body


             that when the blue stress comes their way, it turns green.



             This ‘green stress’ helps us to become more resilient for


            next time – it helps us fly.  When we go for an interview


            and feel anxious but keep going; when someone is unkind


            or intolerant and we manage the unpleasant feeling and


            still feel ok about ourselves; when we experience a


            disappointment or set back and keep going – this is green


            stress in action helping us to become stronger.



             Green lensed people can keep going when stressors come their


            way.
