6. To turn the blue stress into green resilience, we must have
enough yellow feel good already in our systems.
If we do not have enough feel good chemicals in our system,
it is harder to be resilient. We start to wear blue lenses –
not believing things will be ok and that we will be
supported, not feeling capable or that we count and not
having a sense of control over our lives.
Blue lensed people find it harder to engage and get on with
others. Learning and life are tough for them.
