The Red Hook library received $649,000%u2019 from the old budget and will use $37,000 of the new funds. The 68-year-old Carroll Gardens Library, 396 Clinton St., has been out of service since Monday. Attempts to relocate it are still being made. It is expected to be unserviceable for the next month.According to Irene Moran, Public Relations Director of the Library, $636,000 from the new budget will be used for air conditioning of branches throughout Brooklyn. The Central Library, at Grand Army Plaza, will receive $365,000.The $4.5 million figure is $750,000 less than the library originally requested. Some $1,700,000 of the funds provided to the library are earmarked for the purchase of books and other materials.PHOENIX WANT ADSGET RESULTSDeadline Mondaynoon for Thursday PaperCost: 9(>cents a line( 5 words a line )To place YOUR AdCall 643-1032
