The show will be on display through November 12, and can be seen at all times. The bookstore itself is open Saturday and Sunday, l-5pm, and is at1ft W j p lr c C f r p p fSUNDAY MUSIC: The Montauk Club will sponsor a Sunday afternoon of music, October 26 at 3pm. Fran Althous, Susana Bastarica, and Rada Hastings will be joined by Martin Garratt on the piano performing works of Bach, Brahms, Mozart and others. A reception follows the recital. The Montauk Club is at 25 Eighth Ave.LYTHGOE PERFORMS CATHEDRAL: Clive Lythgoe, executive director of Roosa School of Music, performs in his first public piano concert of the fall season on October 26, at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in Manhattan. The concert will start at 3:30pm at the Cathedral, at Amsterdam Avenue and 112th Street. Admission is free.LOCAL ARTISTS GIVEN GRANTS: 12 local artists were awarded grants by the National Endowment for the Arts, out of 232 nation-wide winners. Willis Hartshorn, Kim Jones and John Monti were all granted $15,000; Antoine Bootz, Harvey Butts, Arthur Gonzalez, Ellen Garvens, Pamela Heller, Robin Hill, Patricia Martori, Margo Sawyer and John Schlesinger were all awarded $5,000 each.CENTENNIAL ART SHOW: As part of its Centennial Celebration, the Berkeley Carroll Street School will exhibit a show of works by over 65 Brooklyn artists on October 25 and 26. The show will be open from llam-5pm, at 181 Lincoln Place. Admission is $2.50. For information, call 789-6060.COLLEGE FACULTY RECITAL: Brooklyn College Conservatory of Music will present a faculty concert with flutist Bernard Goldberg, and pianist Mitchell Vines, who will perform works by 20th century composers Paul Hindemith and Bohulav Martinu, a sonata by Johann Hummel, and pieces by Roussel and Schubert. The concert will be held at 8pm on October 27, in Levenson Hall, Avenue H and Bedford Avenue. Tickets are $3; seniors and students $2.
