Fulton Landing developer David W alentas andhis com pany Two Trees Management, are converting a number of the 10 buildingsowned at this site on the East River waterfront. He is also negotiating with the Cityof New York to regain his designation as developer of the 15-acre State and Cityowned waterfront property between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. Waientas hopes to develop the area to create a large commercial/recreatton area (approximately 2.5 m illion square feet of space) in this m anufacturing district. W alentas'plan also includes a 100-boat marina, 10-screen movie theater com plex and a majorshopping area as a part of his project.
