                                                                                                           Sales in the Industrial Design Division were
                                                                                                           $27.9 million against a target of $17 million.
                                                                                                           The industrial markets continued the growth
                                                                                                           experienced in 2021 and even the average project
                                                                                                           size increased. Half of the total sales came from
                                                                                                           three companies: Grande Cheese Company, Molson
                                                                   GRANDE CHEESE COMPANY | PROJECT GOLDEN GATE
                                                                                    BROWNSVILLE, WISCONSIN  Coors Beverage Company and Nestlé. The single
                                                                                                           largest sale ($5 million) came from Grande Cheese
                                                                                          MOLSON COORS     Company. Anheuser-Busch InBev, Unilever, Ball
                                                                                        GOLDEN, COLORADO
                                                                                                           Corporation and Weiland (a new client in 2022)
                                                                                                           all had total annual sales of more than $1 million.
                                                                                                           The team delivered 176 projects to 40 clients,
                                                                                                           deepening many relationships and setting
                                                                                                           up several opportunities for design-build/
                                                                                                           EPC projects. Total revenue for 2022 was
                                                                                                           $24.2 million on a budget of $14.3 million, with
                                                                                                           project profitability at 23.3%. Backlog going
                                                                                                           into 2023 was $8.3 (0.5) million, and our pipeline
                                                                                                           entering 2023 is as strong as last year.
