            •  Job Cost Labor: $44.2MM YTD budget with YTD actuals at $50.4 (114% of budget).
            •  Staffing: 6% increase in personnel.
            •  Project Profitability: Average 8% project at design sub-job level contributing to overall project profitability.
            •  Continued support of key clients and instrumental in developing new client relationships.
            •  Supported AE practice areas with majority of discipline leaders and strong participation on AE Exec. Comm.

        Areas for Improvement

            •  More workload leveling and consistent resource utilization across all business units.
            •  Integration and standardization of process and automation engineering resources.

        Design & Consulting Services (Design Services)
        Accomplishments

            •  Contribution: $7.2MM budget with EOY projection of $8.2MM (114% of budget).
            •  Sales: $54MM 82MM in sale.
            •  Staffing: 7% increase in personnel.
            •  More robust business development staff and processes, and support of new CRM.
            •  Successful transition of FreemanWhite brand to Haskell Healthcare Design.

        Areas for Improvement
            •  Budgeting and achievement of margin on revenue: Achieved 12.9% on a budget of 14.5%.
            •  More accurate forecasting of revenue.
            •  Utilization of seasonal interns and hiring of entry-level team members.

        AE Core (D&C Support)

        Accomplishments

            •  Developed and published best practices for managing AE team members in a remote/in-person work
               environment.
            •  Created and delivered high quality technical training programs.
                   ▪  Design project management & AE technology applications.
            •  Published AE Overview monthly to inform and engage AE TMs.
            •  Led BIM process improvements with Clarity & Dynamo applications.
            •  Support of facilities improvements to the Haskell Building and Annex.
