        Design Management & Technology Support

        Strategic Goals/Keys to Success:
            •  Develop Talent Pipeline for Design Project Management.
            •  Design Project Management Training.
            •  Select improved specifications software and improve updating
               process.
            •  Manage EPM projects:
                   ▪  Cost Rate by Position Implementation
                   ▪  AE-BI Metrics Phase 2
            •  Standardize model/drawing setup.
            •  Continued support of enterprise projects.

        AE Resource Development

        Strategic Goals/Keys to Success:

            •  Establish an AE Technical Training Program in coordination with the corporate Learning, Development &
               Engagement team which aids in recruiting, furthers retention, and enhances career development.
                   ▪  Establish written guidelines for creating training and identify/create/publish core training
                   ▪  AE Practice Leaders to create an overall development plan for each practice area
                   ▪  Development plans will be used by the supervisor and team member to understand and navigate the
                       required and optional training while tracking progress.
                   ▪  Development plans will be scalable for sustainable growth without the loss of proper training depth.















            •  In coordination with the corporate University Relations and Talent Acquisition teams, participate in recruiting of
               diverse seasonal interns and recent college graduates to support growth, support more competitive personnel
               costs and introduce different and unique perspectives.
                   ▪  Assist in developing relevant marketing materials to attract current and
                       recently graduated college students and coordinate with corp.
                       Marketing in promoting on Haskell.com and social media.
                   ▪  Increase the number of seasonal interns hired.
                   ▪  Identify and assign campus champions to participate in a variety of
                       campus activities from supporting clubs to attending career fairs.
                   ▪  Evaluate and update workforce plan periodically and provide input to
                       the project delivery teams.
                   ▪  Review and make recommendations for interview panels to facilitate the selection process.
