• Further develop EPC AE Project Roles including the EPC Design Director/Integrator.
• Develop Design Managers earlier in their professional careers to fill gaps in design project management
• Create succession plans, career mapping and facilitate mentoring for key team members/positions.
• Recruit, hire, promote and train team members to realize their full potential as design leaders.
• Continue to develop Food Safety expertise (work with Director of Food Safety on Food Safety Playbook).
