Article VI – Standing And Special Ministerial Committees
Section 01 Standing and Special Ministerial Committees shall be appointed by the Ministerial Board and shall be
responsible to the Ministerial Board. The scope of responsibilities of the Committee, number of members of the
Committee and reporting frequency by the Committee will be determined by the Ministerial Board.
Section 02 The Following are the Committees which will come under the Ministerial Board’s Purview and whenever
possible , the Committee should be Chaired by a Staff Minister:
a. Healer’s Committee – Responsible for scheduling classes and teaching students how to be clear channels for
the healing energies. Responsible also for the healing portion of the service.
b. Ushers and Greeters Committee – Responsibility will be to appoint and schedule ushers and greeters for the
Sunday Services, and other Church functions.
c. Music Committee – Responsible for the selection and delivery of music for Sunday Services and other
functions. Responsible for enlisting members into the Choir and Rehearsals thereof.
d. Mediums Committee – Responsible for training and scheduling mediums for church functions, such as; the
message portion of the service and Psychic Fairs.
e. Visitation Committee – This committee will be responsible for visitation to the ill, to send cards and flowers
when appropriate and to comfort the bereaved.
f. Service Support Committee – Responsible for making sure the Sanctuary is properly set up for Sunday
Service including candles, flowers and decorations.
g. Book Store Committee – Responsible for manning staffing and stocking of the book store to provide for the
educational needs of congregation, when and if the Organization elects to run a book store.
h. Podium Committee – Responsible for training students to work on the podium and to schedule and publish a
roster of podium volunteers.
Section 03 The Ministerial Board will recruit volunteers for the aforementioned Committees and publish a list of
Committees and their Members which will be posted publicly in the Church.
Article VII – Executive Board – Duties and Powers
Section 01 The Executive Board shall consist of the Offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and all
Trustees of the Church, which are all Members in Good standing of the Church and active participants of the Church.
Any two or more offices may be held by the same person as per NJ Statute.

b. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person, but no officer shall execute,
acknowledge, or verify any instrument in more than one capacity if the instrument is
required by law or by the bylaws to be executed, acknowledged, or verified by two or
more officers.
Section 02 The Executive Officers are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Section 03 A quorum will consist of one (1) Executive Officer and 5 Trustees, or in lieu of at least one (1) Executive
Officers, a minimum of 6 Trustees.
Section 04 In a case where there is only one (1) Executive Officer present, this Officer shall serve as Chairperson. In
a case where there is no Executive Officer present but at least 6 Trustees, the Trustees will vote one of their number to
act as Chairperson.
Section 05 In a case where the Secretary is not present, Minutes will be kept by the person appointed by the
Chairperson or President.
Section 06 The Executive Officers are elected positions. The Trustees are all Members in Good Standing of the
Church.
Section 07 The Executive Board shall do all proper and necessary things with all the power and authority of the
Annual convention itself between Annual Conventions, when not in conflict with the Articles of this Organization’s
Constitution or its By-laws.
