Section 04 The Ministerial Board shall be responsible for the Spiritual Integrity of all aspects of the Church, including
but not limited to Sunday Service, Content of the Spiritually Oriented Classes, and the type of non-commercial use the
Premises will be put to.
Section 05 The Ministerial Board will have public meetings in conjunction with the Executive Board Meetings as
required, and will post the minutes of these meetings in a public place on the Church Premises.
Section 06 The Term of Office of the Director and Assistant Director of the Ministerial Board shall be one Year.
Section 07 There will be no limit to the number of terms the Director and Assistant Director may serve.
Section 08 If a position of Director or Assistant Director becomes vacant during a term of office; the Membership will
Elect a Minister to finish that term at the next Executive Board Meeting.
Section 09 Removal of any member of the Ministerial Board will be determined by a majority vote of the Executive
Board; if at any time the Board of Directors deems the Ministerial Board Member either unfit for office or incapable of
fulfilling their duties.
Section 10 Only a The Director or Assistant Director may perform Ordination Services.
Section 11 All issues voted on by the Ministerial Board will be approved by a simple majority.
Section 12 The Bishop of National Headquarters will be responsible for the responsiblities of National Headquarters as
defined in the Articles of Incorporation and Constitution and as follows:
a. Primary Agent listed with New Jersey State for the Corporation, and as such responsible for all reports,
filings and interaction with the State.
b. Primary Agent for I.R.S. filings, reports and interaction.
c. Primary Incorporator and Agent for all Member Churches, with the State and Federal Government.
d. Responsible for all work involved in Chartering Member Churches.
e. Maintain all Church records for all Member Churches and Chapters including but not limited to, rosters for
Ordained Ministers, Baptisms, Membership, Memorials, and Weddings.
f. Responsible for issuing all Certificates of Ordination, Marriage, Baptism for all Member Churches and
Chapters.
g. Responsible for issuing all Membership Cards, Ministerial I.D.'s, Ministerial Dash Cards, and New
Member Packets for all Member Churches and Chapters.
Will function as Secretary/Treasurer of National Headquarters and maintain a separate account.
h. Responsible for providing the Member Churches with all copies of documents for their Church/Religious
Organization.
Article V – The Ministry
Section 01 The Director shall serve as the chief Coordinator for all Ministerial Activities and Responsibilities. The
Director will be one of the two Principal Officers of the Church. The Director shall be the Guardian of the Spiritual
integrity of the Church. The Director shall act as official spokesperson on Spiritual Matters in all public forums. The
Director shall be responsible for coordinating all Ordination of Ministers with National Headquarters and insuring that
the Names of all Ordained Ministers are added to the National Headquarters Roster of Ordained Ministers.
Section 02 The Assistant Director will act in the Director’s stead when the Director is unable to perform his/her duties,
or is absent from the Church.
Section 03 Staff Ministers shall have the authority to perform Weddings, Funerals, Baptisms, Memorial Services, and
shall have a vote on the Ministerial Board.
Section 04 Associate Ministers will have the same authority as Staff Ministers with the exception of a seat on the
Ministerial Board.
Section 05 All Ministers will provide support, inspiration and guidance to the congregation.
Section 06 All Ministers may counsel on religious matters. No Minister may counsel a supplicant in any other area,
except those Ministers that also hold credentials proving that they are qualified to do so.
