Long, thin and straight. Bred to create a cucumber
Cucumbers and beets: Garden Space Savers

The skin is thinner and doesn’t need to be peeled.
› Gherkin Cucumbers
Small cucumbers. Crunchy and juicy, with a mild,

Long and cylindrical with dark, smooth skin
and fresh, white flesh. Smaller and sweeter
than the traditional cucumber.
