The Need for Transparency and Security Enhancements

Kim emphasized the critical importance of ensuring the
transparency and reliability of voting machines. She advocated
for the establishment of independent oversight bodies, real-time
monitoring of vote counting, and public access to software and
processes to prevent tampering. Additionally, CCTV installation
and live monitoring during early voting were recommended to
mitigate the risk of ballot manipulation.

The Importance of Transparency in Early Voting Software

Kim called for public disclosure of early voting machine software
and independent expert reviews. Ensuring transparent ballot
management and enabling external oversight would reduce the
potential for fraud and uphold electoral fairness.

                  Statistical Anomalies and Manipulation Indicators

Kim cited the 2022 presidential election as an example,
highlighting discrepancies between early voting and election-
day results. The Democratic Party’s overwhelming early voting
advantage contrasted sharply with the People Power Party’s
stronger election-day performance, defying the law of large
numbers. Such statistical irregularities provide compelling
            evidence of potential manipulation.
