Conclusion:
              The Need for Persistent Efforts to Ensure Electoral Integrity


            This interview underscores the structural vulnerabilities
            within South Korea’s electoral system and highlights the need
            for legal and institutional reforms. Participants emphasized
            the lack of transparency in early voting and vote counting;
            judicial negligence; and security weaknesses. They called for
            greater transparency, independent oversight mechanisms and
            strengthened international cooperation. The interviewees
            rea"rmed their commitment to collecting evidence and pursuing
            legal avenues to safeguard democracy and ensure fair elections.
