The partnership seeks to develop a robust framework that fosters collaboration in

behavioral competency assessment of employees and the exchange of expertise

in the realm of human resources.

This agreement falls in line with the DGHR Department’s ongoing efforts to

provide government employees with essential skills, improving their job

performance and enabling them to easily navigate challenges. It also highlights

the Department’s commitment to strengthening Dubai’s human resources sector

and professional competitiveness through innovative insights and solutions.

H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi stressed that the DGHR Department is

dedicated to nurturing strong relations with various governmental organizations in

Dubai, also underlined the crucial role of collaboration in driving the exchange of

expertise and ensuring continuous development of Dubai’s workforce, in line with

the Emirate’s vision.
