In a major development for youth sports and talent discovery, the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Sports
has announced two pioneering strategic partnerships aimed at redefining the country’s athlete scouting and
talent development landscape. By joining hands with renowned global leaders in sports development—
Precision Football and Player Maker—the UAE is taking firm steps toward establishing a data-driven,
modern approach to identify and nurture future sports stars. These collaborations will primarily operate
through two critical national platforms: the UAE School Games and the UAE University Games. With the
school and university competitions already integral to youth athletic development in the country, these new
partnerships are set to significantly elevate their impact and reach.

The overarching goal behind this initiative is to streamline the athlete identification process by integrating
advanced scouting methodologies, analytical tools, and performance monitoring technologies. The
