The workshops will cover topics ranging from modern scouting frameworks and performance analytics to
injury prevention, biomechanics, and talent nurturing strategies. This educational component aligns perfectly
with the Ministry’s vision of creating a self-sustaining, professionally trained talent development workforce
within the country. By investing in the education of its sports professionals, the UAE is ensuring that the
knowledge and skills acquired through international collaborations are retained and propagated locally.

These workshops are expected to have a long-lasting impact, potentially leading to the creation of
certification programs and national guidelines on scouting and talent development in the future.

A Foundation for Future Expansion

While the current focus remains on the UAE School Games and University Games, the Ministry has already
laid out plans for a broader rollout of this initiative. Future phases will include expanding the scouting
ecosystem to include school academies, regional competitions, and private sports development centers. By
building a centralized database and performance archive, the Ministry aims to create a unified platform that
tracks and supports athletes from their first appearance in school sports through to national and even
international representation.

This long-term strategy also aligns with the UAE’s wider ambitions of becoming a global sports hub. By
cultivating homegrown talent and ensuring a consistent pipeline of well-trained athletes, the UAE can reduce
its reliance on international imports and instead shine on the world stage with athletes that are nurtured,
developed, and celebrated within its own borders.

Through this dual partnership with Precision Football and Player Maker, the Ministry of Sports is not just
scouting for the stars of tomorrow—it is crafting a legacy of athletic excellence rooted in science,
technology, and vision.
