Dubai's Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has greenlit the implementation of a
comprehensive grievances and complaints system within the military departments of Dubai. This endorsement
comes via the issuance of Resolution No. 1 of 2024, a significant step towards enhancing organizational
transparency, efficiency, and employee satisfaction within the military framework.
The newly approved resolution sets forth a series of objectives aimed at streamlining the functioning of
military department committees in alignment with established legal protocols. It standardizes the procedures
