        Dubai's  Government  Human  Resources  Department  (DGHR)  has  greenlit  the  implementation  of  a
        comprehensive grievances and complaints system within the military departments of Dubai. This endorsement
        comes  via  the  issuance  of  Resolution  No.  1  of  2024,  a  significant  step  towards  enhancing  organizational
        transparency, efficiency, and employee satisfaction within the military framework.

        The  newly  approved  resolution  sets  forth  a  series  of  objectives  aimed  at  streamlining  the  functioning  of
        military department committees in alignment with established legal protocols. It standardizes the procedures
        for  filing  grievances  and  complaints,  ensuring  adherence  to  both  procedural  and  substantive  regulations.
        Moreover,  the  resolution  establishes  a  clear  pathway  for  routing  complaints  to  the  Central  Committee,  in
        accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 27 of 2018.

        In addition to procedural improvements, the resolution focuses on optimizing the operational performance of
        committees,  aligning  their  metrics  with  governmental  standards  and  the  Central  Committee's  criteria.
        Emphasizing  the  protection  of  members'  legal  rights  and  fostering  a  conducive  working  environment,  the
        resolution seeks to uphold justice, job satisfaction, and stability within the military departments.

        Key  provisions  of  the  resolution  aim  to  remove  administrative  barriers  for  members  filing  complaints  or
        grievances,  facilitating  a  smoother  resolution  process.  It  encourages  prompt  conflict  resolution  and
        emphasizes adherence to professional conduct and objectivity in handling grievances. These measures are
        intended to enhance administrative efficacy and ensure fairness in addressing member concerns.

        The Dubai Government Human Resources Department underscores that the establishment of this grievances
        and  complaints  system  reflects  its  commitment  to  promoting  job  satisfaction,  maintaining  stable  working
        environments,  and  safeguarding  employee  rights  under  existing  legislation.  The  initiative  is  expected  to
