PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER




        Now that you have some concrete strategies to help you
        navigate the fast-food problem let’s look at how much

        impact these strategies can have on a single meal.


        Let’s say you love McDonald’s. And your standard order

        is a Big Mac, medium fry, medium coke, and an apple

        pie for dessert.


        A pretty  natural  order.  This clocks in at  about  1,340

        calories. That’s close to a full days’ worth of calories for

        a lot of people.
