        STRATEGY #4: Always follow these 14 rules of healthy

        eating.

        1.  Commit to a daily movement practice. Even brisk
            walking for 30 minutes, five days a week is enough.



        2.  Portion control is king.


        3.  Be mindful of what you’re eating and drinking.



        4.  Only get 80% full every meal. (90% is okay
            sometimes)


        5.  Hunger is not an emergency. It’s okay to wait a

            couple of hours to eat if the food around the office or

            wherever you currently are isn’t healthy.


        6.  Eat the rainbow. A variety of colors

            means improved health.



        7.  Choose whole foods over processed foods.


        8.  Drink plenty of water every day.


        9.  Multivitamins and supplements are not a substitute
