calories by not having it. If you like a chicken sandwich,

        get it grilled instead of fried.



        Instead of  getting a medium fry at McDonald’s, get a
        Fruit’  N Yogurt parfait.  It still has  some  sugar but

        certainly has a much better nutritional profile. It’ll save

        you  about  130 calories, give  you more vitamins,

        minerals, and fiber  (from the  fruit),  and  some good

        bacteria from the yogurt.


        That’s a pretty great swap, in my opinion. (lesser evils)


        At Burger King, instead of your regular large soda, get a

        diet or  water. You’ll save between 400-500 calories.

        That’s a ton!


        At Subway, instead of a bag of chips, get  apple slices.

        You’ll save around 150 calories.


        Most places are going to have some decent swaps you

        can make to your meal. Take advantage of these

        options. Look for foods that look like actual whole foods

        (fruit and veggies mainly) that you can swap with  less
        processed or engineered foods.
