fast-food chain is going to have a bunch of information

        available to you online. This includes nutritional

        information and full menus. Since we’re all creatures of

        habit,  layout the foods you typically eat  and modify

        them (all at home online) so when you visit that morbid
        death house where you buy your food, you go in with a

        plan that lessens the blow.



        Remember, success is built on tons of tiny steps and
        changes just like this.



        If you’re tracking calories or macros, look for 2-3 choices

        that will keep you in your calorie/macro range. If you’re
        not following those things, look for a few options to put

        you in the 400-600 calorie range.


        If you can get lower, do so, but that’s pretty low for a

        fast-food  meal. Thinking  ahead and being mindful like

        that will most likely put you way  ahead of where  you

        would’ve been without making a conscious decision.


        I want to emphasize this step a bit more.


        Even after you’ve looked up the  nutrient  and calorie

        profile online and feel a bit more confident, it is still not

        enough if you haven’t already decided what you will eat.


        Just knowing  your options  can still leave you open to

        making a last-minute decision that you’ll later wish you
