     Avocado Hummus Toast
                     Serving Size 1
                     Avocados contain vitamins B, C, E & K
                     which your brain needs to be replenished
                     for healthy brain function.
                     INGREDIENTS
                     1 slice whole grain bread
                     1/2 avocado
                     2 tbsp hummus
                     1 pinch flax seed - optional
                     DIRECTIONS
                     1.  Toast the slice of bread.
                     2.  Spread the hummus on the bread and top with avocado.
                     3.  Optional: Sprinkle with flax seeds.
