                     INGREDIENTS







                     1 slice whole grain bread






                     1/2 avocado






                     2 tbsp hummus






                     1 pinch flax seed - optional
















                     DIRECTIONS





                     1.  Toast the slice of bread.















                     2.  Spread the hummus on the bread and top with avocado.
