Ocean Waves, Pink and Brown Fabrics are as early as 1900. Purchased from Seattle Kingdome antique
show in 1989. Vendor said it came from Montana. 62"x83" Fabric: Cotton. Batting: Cotton with debris in
it. Backing: White cotton flour sacks marked "Golden Crown" and "Rolled," faded. Edge: Hand made from
irregular lengths of the piecing fabric, neatly stitched by hand to the front and hemmed to the back for a
¼" edge. Piecing: By hand. Quilting: By hand, diagonally across the face of the quilt in rows about 1" apart.
Very even stitches 5 per inch. Condition: Excellent.
