Top Teens Alumni In the News
Congratulations to Former Top Teen TamaraJones on her recent Track & Field accomplishments at Lincoln University.
Twelve top ten finishes along with several personal best performances highlighted the Lincoln University women's track and
Field team's performance at Saturday's Golden Rams Invitational hosted by West Chester University.
The Lions saw personal record times and/or distances recorded by ten of the 17 athletes competing. Senior Tamara Jones
(Chicago, Ill./Brooks College Prep) jumped 11.00 meters (36'1ΒΌ") for the first time in her career in the triple jump, reaching the
mark on her final attempt of the day. Jones finished fourth in the competition and her 11.00 meter jump is the third best
amongst Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) triple jumpers so far during the 2017 outdoor season.
