           46th Annual Leadership Conference

Greetings Top Ladies, Top Teens, Lords and Guest,
“Top Teens, We are all the way Up, and nothing can stop us”! It’s an
exciting time for Top Teens of America as we remain always adaptable, moti-
vated and responsive to the communities where we live, work, and serve.
As we celebrate our 40th Syn-Lod, I look back with gratitude. Four
years ago, I joined Top Teens of America, an organization dedicated to assisting
young people to achieve their potential, and reveal or find their best selves. As I
leave, Top Teens of America and journey to the Historic-Illustrious Morehouse
College, I am taking many invaluable memories of the many hours of volunteer-
ing, leadership training, March for Babies and St. Jude walks, community clean-
ups, community health fairs, senior citizens and status of women projects as well as our area and national con-
ferences that brought us together to share ideas as we celebrated our successes.
So, fellow Teens, I encourage you to embrace the opportunities that come before you and take what
you have learned throughout your tenure with Top Teens of America and put it to good use. Leave behind
what isn't helpful and bring forward with you the lessons that will be the working parts of your greatest inven-
tion ever, YOUR LIFE!
For it is true, that “Participation is Our Foundation as Leaders of Tomorrow.”
