Greetings Top Ladies, Top Teens & Lords,

                                          As your National 2nd Vice President for the 2015 - 2017
                                          year, I would like to thank my family, friends and
                                          especially the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. for your
                                          support. Plus, to Lady Drema and Lady Sharon, thank
                                          you for your guidance, partnership and leadership that you
                                          bestowed on me and our illustrious organization.

                                        As the National Project Chairman, I and the National
Project Chairmen worked diligently with the Area Project Chairmen to assure that the
initiatives that were set for 2015 – 2017 were executed. The following is a synopsis of
the projects’ volunteer hours and each project’s activities that supported the TLOD
national initiatives.

Volunteer Service: The total number of hours expended by Ladies, Lords and Teens
in the execution of the projects for the 2015 – 2017 years were 185,139.5 hours with
an average of 50+ chapters reporting. The funds allocated/expanded & donated was
$173,753.26.

NAACP (Lady Fran Jackson, Chairman & Lady Florence Steels, Co-Chairman):
TLOD chapters increased NAACP individual memberships by 258, life memberships by
32 and chapter life memberships by 9. Five Top Teens became life members and
three chapters have 100% TTA NAACP memberships. Chapters conducted voter
registration drives and distributed voter information in their communities. Over 2000
new voters were registered including eligible Top Teens. Chapters hosted/participated
in MLK Day activities; continued their advocacy by making their voices heard against
the violence and police killings of African Americans; circulated petitions and engaged
in letter writing campaigns to their legislators. Some outcomes of organizations and
communities’ outcries were that cities have created or are in the process of creating
Community Police Relations and Oversight Commissions; several school districts and
City Councils have published official statements to reaffirm their polices against
