TRAINING PARTICIPATION RATE CALCULATION
Provides training participation for a specific type of course within a certain timeframe or over a
span of time. We learn from TPR how many employees received training for a particular course.
N = number of employees who attend training
A = total number of employees

TRAINING COMPLETION RATE CALCULATION
Employees who are required to attend training courses with requirements for successfully
completion. We learn from TCR the number of employees who have attended and the percentage
of those who have met the requirement.
