and participation they need to keep improving schools and raising student achievement
              (Republic of the Philippines, 2001).

To fully actualize SBM in the Philippines, the system must be continuously
upgraded and evaluated. The usage of SBM by School Heads is an important aspect in
running any educational institution. And the application of the various skills and
knowledge obtained by the school heads increased their capability in the area of school
              governance (Lubrica et al, 2020).
School Heads are the most important person in an educational institution. The
more effective his/her play the task as an administrator, the better the school
management is (Vally and Daud, 2015).
Moreover, in order to enhance parental involvement in their children's education,
the School Governing Council was founded in 2001. To guarantee sustainable growth
and progress in education, involvement and collaboration between schools, local school
boards, and Parent Teachers Associations (PTAs) must be increased. Additionally,
volunteerism from all sectors must be stressed and encouraged.

Additionally, in line with DepEd Order 26, s. 2022, as part of the School-Based
Management (SBM) participative approach to decision-making through decentralization
and shared governance in schools, the Luna National High School School Governing
Council (SGC) underwent a reorganization in July 2022 and became as School
Governance Council which sought to design and discover ways to improve the quality
of basic education services and academic achievement; engage stakeholders from both
inside and outside the school; and establish a feedback mechanism through open
forums and discussions. However, it was unknown how involved the stakeholders were.
It is on this ground that the best practices were created.

                 II. OBJECTIVES
With the intention of suggesting ways to boost stakeholders' involvement,
especially in the best practices of Luna National High School's School Governance
Council, and fortifying the relationship between the school and its stakeholders in order
to create a robust school community, this seeks to maximize stakeholder
involvement in all activities at Luna National High School.

                 III. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRACTICES

Everyone appreciates working in a partnership since it demands time for
teamwork and learning the opinions of others. For them, building relationships with
stakeholders requires having a clear objective and mission. The school's stakeholders
prioritize results over programs, and everyone involved must contribute their knowledge
to reach the school's goal. Participants in the partnership's collaborative efforts to
achieve a shared vision for the community's youth come from a wide range of
              stakeholder groups.
