communication makes everyone feel heard, seen, and respected, and the compassion
and connection that arises from such constructive exchanges eventually leads to
positive teaching and learning results. Stakeholders were actively involved in the
creation and implementation of nearly all of the school's best SBM practices. They
offered a foundation for all activities. Although there were some miscommunications
between them and the teachers, all conflicts were quickly settled due to the school's
open communication policy.
Initially, Dr. Jovita Y. Lopez had close interactions with staff, teachers, students,
and internal stakeholders. However, there were also outside parties involved, including
funders, parents, and school administrators. Although Dr. Lopez was unable to regulate
the conduct of any of these groups, she was able to capitalize on their common desire
to see the school succeed. Therefore, when the principal tried to incorporate all
stakeholders in school life, her personal and professional viewpoint was crucial.
Dr. Lopez was a crucial figure in the school-stakeholder connection. She was the
primary component of the school, interacting with internal and external stakeholders
and serving as a networker. She interacted with teachers, students, parents, and school
personnel in formal and casual settings. She communicated often with local
policymakers, school district representatives, and funders who expected her attention.
She attempted to establish common interests to which she could appeal.
Realizing that the teaching-learning process is a complicated and
multidimensional activity that involves a diverse set of stakeholders. For the teachers
and students of Luna National High School, the success of this process is dependent
not only on the efforts of teachers and students, but also on the active participation of
parents, administrators, lawmakers, and the general public.
In the school context, each category of stakeholders had certain tasks and
responsibilities for improving the teaching-learning process. For instance, students
actively participated in their education and sought assistance as needed. Parents
created a supportive home environment and interacted with teachers about their child's
development.
Teachers and administrators built inclusive and engaging learning environments
by utilizing successful instructional strategies. Government authorities are now
accountable for allocating resources and enacting legislation that promotes successful
teaching and learning, while the larger community can provide mentorship, internships,
and other forms of help to improve the educational experience.
