Luna National High School
VI. CONCLUSION
In connection to the objective which shed light on how the stakeholders view the
concept of partnership, the level of their participation in various school-initiated
activities, and the schools' practices involving its stakeholders, was conducted because
the partnership between the school and its stakeholders is geared toward a strong
school community. School stakeholders have positive and high knowledge of the
importance of partnership between the school and its stakeholders in achieving its
goals. With this, the school could positively rely on its stakeholders in the
implementation of its projects and activities.
The school's best practices set the standard for other schools in the La Union
division. The benefit of sharing these best practices is that they are quite effective.
Achievements are shared so that others might follow suit and potentially save time and
effort. Building trust is accomplished by demonstrating value through peer approval.
The school's best practices were supported by broad stakeholder participation. They
were successful because of the open communication culture that everyone involved in
the practices exhibited.
The Variety Show and Stage Play is one of the school's most difficult best
practices, but it is also one that can produce funding for projects. The practice schedule
complicated matters even further, as parents and other stakeholders resent it when
practices overlap with classes. Practices were scheduled on Saturdays from 8:00 to 4:00
p.m. with the assistance of the participants' parents as well as other supportive partners
and stakeholders.
Furthermore, including stakeholders in this activity may create a number of
problems, such as conflicting interests, communication barriers, and competing goals.
One of the most difficult components of this is ensuring that all stakeholders' interests
are taken into account, including students, parents, teachers, administrators, and
community members.
To solve these issues, the school implemented solutions that encouraged active
participation of all stakeholders in the teaching-learning process. They established clear
and transparent communication channels, such as frequent meetings, and digital
platforms that helped stakeholders stay informed and involved.
