Carol Mascioli Named

Carol Mascioli has been named vice president of clinical
services at Baptist Hospital in Kendall.
A hospital employee since 1987, Mascioli most recently
served as assistant vice president. She received a bachelor’s
degree in healthcare administration from Barry University in
Miami Shores and a master’s degree in business administration

Michele Ryder Named
Vice President of Clinical Services
at Baptist Hospital
Michele Ryder, R.N., has been promoted to vice president of
clinical services at Baptist Hospital in Kendall.
Ryder most recently served as assistant vice president. Her
other hospital roles have included director of surgical servic-
es, nurse manager of the peri-operative suite and assistant
nurse manager of the post-anesthesia care unit.

Names Lab Director
William Ricard was recently promoted to director of labo-
ratory and clinical services for Baptist Outpatient Services.
Ricard joined Baptist Outpatient Services in 2005 as labora-
tory manager. He is a certified clinical laboratory scientist, a
certified laboratory technologist and a registered nurse. He is
licensed in all lab areas, including hematology, microbiology,
serology, clinical chemistry and immunohematology.
