'To', 'Into' and 'Towards'
'To' is used :
to denote motion from one place to another.

Example : They went the museum.
'Into' is used :
to denote movement from outside to inside.
Example : The dolphin jumped into the water.
'Towards' is used :
to mean in the direction of something/somebody.
Example : A snake was crawling towards a boy.
'For', 'Out of', 'Off' and 'From'
'For' is used :
to suggest the beginning of a movement.
Example : He left for the hospital just now.
'Out of' is used :
It is the opposite of 'into'. It shows the movement from the interior of.
Example : He walked out of the office.
'Off' is used :
to show separation. It is used to indicate from the surface of, down from.
Example : He fell off the horse.
'From' is used :
to indicate the point of departure.
Example : He has already gone from here.
